(Top left): Blue honeycomb is a mesh fabric, forming small hexagon shapes.  Good for texturing.  

(Top right):  Lilac grid is a mesh fabric, with a slightly rough texture.  This is good for both texturing and for Mokume Gane.  Can be stretched diagonally a little, as it goes into the PM, to allow the pattern to distort.

(Bottom left):  Snakeskin is a mesh fabric, that forms a pattern that looks like snakeskin, hence the name.  This is good for texturing and for Mokume Gane.  

(Bottom right):  Small grid is a mesh made from polyethylene.  This makes a very neat texture.  Polymer clay safe.

Sizes of each piece: 10cm x 15cm

When using a pasta machine: place a piece of plastic wrap on your sheet of clay, place lace on the plastic wrap, then run through the pasta machine. This method keeps the lace clean and is both easier and faster than using water, or powder as a release agent.
